Flotique by Florence Welch

Florence Welch has just brought out a new jewellery range on her website named Flotique. It is inspired by art deco and bohemia and on sale now!!!!!!!

The collections was strongly influenced by the cover of her album Ceremonials, where she is seen in a 1950’s set up in a flapper dress. Even though she isn’t wearing any jewellery you can see the bird cage tattoo on her finger which is the inspiration for the ring in the collection.

Her capsule collection is a mix of geometric necklaces, bangles and earrings. The pieces are expensive compared to high street prices but cheap compared to other designer celebrity brands, Nicole Richie’s for example! The seven piece ranges between £20 -£50.

This range has come out at a perfect time. With the Great Gatsby film coming out in a few months and the 1950’s flapper trend all over the catwalk people will soon be snapping up this range.

My favourite pieces are the triangle drop necklace, triangle arrow bangle and round drop earrings. To pull of the bohemian look like Florence I definitely recommend layering up the jewellery! More the better 🙂
